Setting up a domestic Chinese company

Documents needed to register a Shenzhen company:

1. Company name: (trade name plus industry)
2. Registered capital: (subscribed, no capital verification needed)
3. Business scope: (as approved by the Administration for Industry and Commerce)
4. Registered address: (we can provide one)
5. The front of the identity cards of the legal representative, the shareholders and the supervisor. Photograph them and send them to us
6. The legal representative and a shareholder can be the same person; the legal representative cannot be the supervisor. A shareholder can be the supervisor.
7. The legal representative, the shareholders and the supervisor have to get a U-Key from a designated bank: Bank of China, ICBC, China Construction Bank, Ping An Bank. CITIC Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank of China, Rural Commercial Bank. Any one of these banks will do. The U-Key has to be activated, and you need to give us the login password. (Please note: the U-Key must have a USB connector, and you must remember the password.)
8. If the legal representative of the company is a foreigner (Hong Kong and Taiwan people count as foreigners), a personal digital certificate has to be arranged.
