Virtual office FAQ

Can I use it as the company's registered address?
Yes. All three plans include using that district's address as your business and registered address. A Hong Kong company's registered office must be in Hong Kong (source: Companies Registry); with our address, you simply put it on the form when you set the company up.
Which district is cheapest?
Fo Tan Plan A is $150 a month; Lai Chi Kok and Kwun Tong are $165; Central is $200. Prepay 12 months and get 6 free, and the average monthly fee is lower again.
How will you tell me when a letter or parcel arrives?
We handle unlimited letters and small parcels, and tell you as soon as one arrives.
How are calls answered?
Plan B gives you a dedicated phone number and fax number, with faxes sent straight to your email. With Plan C a professional secretary answers the phone in your company's name, and tells you about the call and the message.
My company is already set up. What do I need to do to switch to your address?
File the notice of change of address (Form NR1) with the Companies Registry. The Companies Registry does not charge for this (source: Companies Registry); we do it for you, and the secretarial fee is HK$500.
Does the provider need a licence?
A company providing a registered address service must hold a Trust or Company Service Provider licence. Our licence number is TC007926.
What do I get for prepaying?
Prepay 6 months and get 2 free, prepay 12 months and get 6 free. Take Lai Chi Kok Plan A as an example: prepaying 12 months costs $1,980 in total, an average of $110 a month.
