One set has it all: signature chop, company round chop, company common seal, statutory books, share certificate book and 10 copies of the Articles of Association, in a gold-stamped green box. What each item in the green box is for

Signature chop
Also called the finance chop or the long chop, usually purple or blue. You use it on contracts, on bank documents (cheques, remittance slips, withdrawal slips, transfer slips), and on company contracts and internal documents.
Round chop
A small round chop, also called the amendment chop: two rings with an inner circle, the outer ring carrying the company's English name. It is mainly used to stamp next to a correction, and it can also be used as a finance chop; we suggest not using it when signing contracts.
Common seal
The corporate seal, carrying the company name. It is usually pressed onto a sticker first, and the sticker goes onto the document. Some legal documents and deeds ask for it. The new Companies Ordinance of 2014 lets a Hong Kong company choose not to have a common seal, so newer companies use it less often.
Articles of Association (M&A)
The green booklet setting out the rules for the company's internal affairs, its directors and its shareholders: the company name, members' liability (money owed to them, money they owe, voting rights), share capital (total authorised share capital, division of the shares, par value, each shareholder's holding) and the organisational clauses. It is mainly used when changing the registered capital, the name, the shareholders, or when listing. The green one is the English version, the white one is the Chinese version.
Share certificate book
The documents that prove a transfer or a sale of shares in the company.
Statutory books
They record the position and the details of the directors, the company secretary and the shareholders, the minutes of board meetings, the minutes of shareholders' meetings, the statutory forms, and so on.
Board minutes book
It records the resolutions of every board meeting, and it is part of the statutory records.
