Milk Factory Licence
The milk factory licence is for businesses that process milk, make reconstituted milk or milk drinks, or bottle milk.
Those applying for this licence on its own are usually milk-product processing plants. Put simply, selling any milk or milk drink that you have processed or reconstituted counts as running a milk factory, and needs a milk factory licence.

Milk factory licence questions
What if I only want to resell milk products in my shop?
You should add a milk factory licence (Milk Factory Licence) endorsement to your restaurant licence (big licence / small licence / food factory licence / factory canteen licence). Once approved, you can process milk or make milk drinks in the restaurant for customers to drink.
Is it the same if I want to serve bottled milk to customers?
If you sell bottled fresh milk or chocolate milk for drinking on the premises, you should add a "milk and milk beverages" endorsement and give FEHD proof of where the stock comes from.
